Warranty

Every car that we sell to a retail customer will come with a minimum of 3 Months Warranty.

 If the car is under 3 years old (since date of first registration) then it is likely that it will still have the balance of the original manufacturer’s warranty, and this will obviously be included as part of any sale.

 For all cars over 33 Months old we will include free of charge a 3 Month Scotsure Used Car Warranty.

 It is no secret that a Used car Warranty will never provide as comprehensive a level of cover as that on a new car.  However, some policies are better than others, and after considerable research our opinion is that Scotsure offer the best combination of cover and service.  Furthermore, as you would expect, every car will be thoroughly checked and prepared before being offered for sale, which clearly reduces the likelihood of any mechanical problems occurring.

 As an additional service available to all of our customers, we can provide extended warranty for additional cost.  Depending on the age of the car it can be possible to purchase cover for 6 Months, 12 Months or even 24 Months.  Prices and full details of what is covered and what is not is available on request.
